Eh, I have a reason return now

Ok, almost 2010, and now, I'm really getting back into my artwork. My scanner is down so the quality of my uploads won't be as great, but please remember, my art is either hand-drawn or hand-painted. (with a few exceptions) Hardly any of it was done with photoshop, and was, instead, done as art has been done for the past few hundred years.

I've found that there is a certain bit more fun actually painting than using a computer to color, one of these little joys I've found is freedom. Freedom to mix colors easily, and freedom to do actual brush strokes rather than just imitations of them. The problem with imitated brush strokes is that you never have any texture on your creation, and you never have an original hard copy. With actual painting, you have something that is hard, and you have proof that the original is yours. If they are good enough to make an actual replica of an original you did, and they felt like your work was worthy enough to make such an acute replica, you should feel honored that they went through so much trouble, and that your work is adored so much. (although they still shouldn't get away with it :P)

At any rate, I'm deleting all of the people that I watch that don't watch me back, they won't even notice probably. I'm tired of caring about their work if they don't care about mine.

I have returned, but who knows for how long?
